Over the past three decades, Shuvam Construction has established a strong foothold in the growing real estate sector at the capital of Odisha – Bhubaneswar. The Shuvam community constitutes of 1100+ families as we have delivered over 33 projects. Our portfolio encompasses residential complexes, commercial spaces such as retail and healthcare and mixed-use developments comprising some of the finest real estate projects in Odisha.

Our Founding Directors have been associated with the Real Estate industry since the early 1990s; a time when the citizens of Bhubaneswar had recently been introduced to a different way of living in Multi-storied Apartment buildings as opposed to the traditional low-rise individual houses. Bhubaneswar, being the state capital of one of India’s emerging states with immense growth potential, had a huge scope as well as future requirement for housing.
Our founders, who had the vision & foresight of this opportunity, came together in the year 1999 and formed “Shuvam Construction Pvt Ltd”. Over the next 3 decades, Shuvam Construction became an axiom of trust, creating a place in the hearts of Homebuyers as well as other stakeholders through the ideas, conceptualization, hard work, commitment & sincerity of its founding Board of Directors. Our Directors have, in the past, served as Presidents of developer associations of our city like REDA & CREDAI Bhubaneswar and have worked tirelessly, during these tenures, for the betterment of the real estate industry; earning the love and respect of their fellow industry colleagues, a feat which very few are able to achieve. Shuvam Construction celebrated its 25-year Silver Jubilee milestone in the year 2024 with the foundations firmly in place for it to go on and become a multi-generation company.

Our 2nd Gen joined the company back in the year 2012-13 with formal educational backgrounds in the fields of Project Management, Engineering and Architecture. After a few years of induction, learning and acquiring business know-how from our founders, they have successfully executed and delivered Premium Boutique projects as well as Township projects. They have also overseen a transformational phase, during the years from 2022 to 2024, when Shuvam Construction evolved in terms of its outreach to its stakeholders in today’s age of Digital media and public relations.
The future of smart homes in cities lies in High-rise apartments where residents are able to live, work and play within gated communities featuring landscaped green areas and recreational amenities. With marquee projects like Shuvam Meadows, Shuvam Avenue under-construction and many more to come, we aim to deliver our vision of High-rise living to the residents of Bhubaneswar and play our part in reshaping the city’s skyline in the foreseeable future.

FRIENDS OF TRIBAL SOCIETY
Friends of Tribals Society (FTS) was established on January 15, 1989. It is registered as a Society under West Bengal Registration of Societies Act, 1961. FTS is a non-profit organisation having its headquarters at Kolkata and it is having 37 Chapters in 25 states. The Organisation is dedicated to the upliftment of tribals. FTS runs One Teacher School (OTS) or Ekal Vidyalaya, which imparts non- formal primary education to children between 4 and 10 years of age. An Ekal Vidyalaya imparts five-fold education; primary education, health care education, development education, awareness education and sanskar education. As on Feb, 2024, FTS was running 51607 Ekal Vidyalaya supporting basic education of 1529642 students.
